Important Stuff

• Sometimes the unexpected can happen and unforeseen circumstances arise. At Waggy Walks we are fully prepared to deal with the situation in the event of an emergency. We will contact you immediately and seek veterinary assistance if necessary. Our insurance policy will cover most accidents and injuries but some exclusions apply. We can discuss this further at our first meeting.

• Unfortunately, non-neutered male dogs over 12 months of age and in-season bitches cannot be accepted.

• Services undertaken during Public Holidays will be charged at time-and-a-half.

• Cancellations of services must be made at least 24 hours prior to their engagement.
